Exercise science alumna featured in Boston Globe's fitness blog

Ryan Healy '07 wrote a entry for "Get Moving," the Boston' Globe fitness blog.

In the entry, which was published Nov. 7, Healy outlines the pros and cons of suspension training, a popular training technique that uses straps or ropes to allow people to work against their own body weight.

This is the second entry Healy has written for the website in the past four weeks. Her previous entry, published Oct. 17, dealt with common workout mistakes. An exercise science graduate, she is a personal trainer for the Lynch/van Otterloo (LVO) YMCA in Marblehead, Mass.
