Both of my roommates are graduating, and I am looking for two roommates to take over their leases from June 2013- May 2014. The apartment is in Oak Hill. It's one story, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and has a spacious living room that will have new carpet. There is furniture and that's included.

Oak Hill is close to campus, (less than a 5 minute bike ride) the first stop on the Biobus route, and if you have a car, you can get a sticker to park on campus. Rent is $395 a month and that includes utilities.
