Description: Sustainable Alamance is a Non-Profit organization in Alamance County. Our vision is to expand the dialog on community sustainability by adding the human resource to those of economic and natural resource concerns. Our primary objective is to create jobs and job opportunities for citizens of Alamance County that have been marginalized and are effectively shut out from participating in the local economy. We believe that everyone has something to offer and that only offering crisis approaches to chronic problems do not work in the fight against poverty.
