Alumni chapter hosts "Planning for your future in the Triangle"

The Triangle Alumni Chapter offered its annual professional development event with topics such as retirement planning and the area's real estate market.

On April 18, the Triangle Alumni Chapter focused on “Planning for your future in the Triangle” with a themed event that connected attendees with expert speakers. The event served as a great networking event at the popular Raleigh venue Vidrio.

With the rapid growth of the Triangle and more Elon alumni locating there, the chapter decided to provide alumni the opportunity to learn more about retirement planning and investing in the Triangle’s real estate market through this event. One of the speakers was Mark Parker ’91, vice president of sales and managing broker at Fonville Morisey Realty.

The Office of Alumni Engagement and the Triangle Chapter offer their thanks to the speakers for their time and knowledgeable insight. Their names and information are below.

  • Retirement Planning: Matthew Belcher, financial advisor at PNC Investments
  • Real estate market: Mark Parker ’91, vice president of sales and managing broker at Fonville Morisey Realty
