Mentor Responsibilities

  • Be available and engaged for a 30-minute monthly meeting with assigned mentee
  • Prompt conversation around career and professional, development, challenges, and experiences
  • Be knowledgeable of iBELONG program participant (mentee) responsibilities
  • Assist mentee in identifying and/or developing career and professional growth goals
  • Assist mentee in establishing some explicit steps to achieve career and professional goals
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the relationship
  • Complete Monthly Meeting Feedback Survey
