Coordinator for Well-Being

The Center for Access and Success (CAS) is seeking a committed and experienced Well-Being Specialist to offer intentional support for underrepresented PK-12 students and their families, as well as college-aged students enrolled in academically rigorous programs. This position requires expertise in working with the holistic well-being of students from diverse populations and developing innovative programs connected to the community, emotional, financial, physical, purpose, social, and mental well-being dimensions. Reporting to the Director of the Elon Academy, approximately 80% of the work will be for the Elon Academy (EA) program with 20% of the work for the Odyssey Program, First Generation Student Support Services, It Takes a Village, and Beyond 12 programs, collectively. This position will be a two-year time-limited role (through May 2027) and may be continued dependent on available funding.
