Elon Pre-Health Society

The Elon Pre-Health Society was organized to help students who wish to attend health profession schools, such as medical, PA, dental and veterinary school. The society also includes students who are interested in careers in physical therapy, pharmacy, physician assistant and other health professions.

We meet regularly to discuss such topics as the medical school application process, how to write a personal statement, how to interview successfully and how to establish internships with a health professions mentor. We also invite a number of health care professionals to speak to our group. Currently, the meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 4:15 p.m.
