Thursday, February 20 – Pre-Festival

12:30 pm: Open rehearsal with Guest Artist + Elon Jazz Ensemble, CFA 164

8:00 pm: Jam Session hosted by Elon Jazz Combo + Guest Artist, Oak House

Friday, February 21 – School Festival

8:00 am – 12:00 pm: School Performances and Clinics, McCrary

12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Guest Artist Masterclass, McCrary

1:45 pm – 4:45 pm: School Performances and Clinics, McCrary

7:30 pm – 9:30 pm: Jam Session hosted by Guest Artist + Elon Jazz Combo, Oak House

Saturday, February 22 – Elon Jazz Day

9:30 am – 10:00 am: Welcome/Introduction, McCrary

10:00 am – 11:15 am: Jazz Improvisation Workshop w/ Guest Artist, McCrary

11:15 am – 12:30 pm: Lunch (provided for Jazz Day students), Location TBA

12:30 pm – 1:00 pm: Elon Faculty Combo Concert w/ Guest Artist, McCrary

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Instrumental Masterclasses/Lessons (all jazz instruments), Various Classrooms

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Combo Rehearsals (coached by Elon faculty), Various Classrooms

4:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Break for Dinner

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm: Concert w/ Guest Artist w/ Elon Jazz Ensemble + Jazz Day Combos, McCrary
