Omicron Delta Kappa
Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, recognizes and encourages superior leadership and exemplary character. O∆K encourages collaboration among members across the five phases celebrated by O∆K: scholarship, athletics, service, communications, and arts. Founded in 1914 at Washington and Lee University, O∆K honors and develops leaders through scholarships, workshops, career opportunities, leadership resources, and a lifelong connection to other members.
Association of Leadership Educators
The Association of Leadership Educators (ALE) is a grassroots, volunteer organization that is personal, adaptable, inclusive, and collaborative. ALE believes that collaboration and dialogue are the keys to expanding the field of leadership and developing leadership capacity. As leadership educators, our work is based on empirical knowledge and practical experience and the association promotes educational initiatives that are strategically designed to support people, organizations, and communities.
