Registering for ROTC through the Greater Greensboro Consortium
First steps to be completed at Elon:
Contact the North Carolina A&T Army Cadre or Air Force Cadre about the courses required for each semester.
Go to North Carolina A&T’s Class Scheduling portal Aggie Access to see available course sections.
Army ROTC classes are listed under Military Science
Air Force ROTC classes are listed under Aerospace Studies
Meet with the Elon Consortium coordinator, Alexander Taylor, in person.
Meet all academic policies and expectations at Elon and the Host Institution even if the academic calendar, deadlines, final exam times, etc., differ from Elon’s. Students cannot use course work/obligations at one school to get out of course work/obligations at the other school.
Students must meet all requirements, procedures, deadlines, class meeting times, and final exam times at both institutions.
Second steps to be completed at the Host Institution:
Go to the Greensboro Consortium website for general information about Consortium rules and registration requirements at the Host Institution.
Take the completed Consortium form to the Registrar’s Office at North Carolina A&T to register for class during A&T’s Consortium registration period. You must register for class with A&T.
