Elon University is seeking an innovative and visionary leader with significant administrative experience and accomplishments to serve as the next dean of the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, which has developed a national reputation since its establishment in 1985 for a rigorous program of study that prepares graduates to serve as principled leaders in the global community.

The school is accredited by AACSB International and includes 2,145 majors, 91 full-time and part-time faculty, and 15 staff. Poets & Quants ranks the Love School of Business #26 among private universities and #40 overall in its ranking of the nation’s best undergraduate business schools.
