Jes Averhart and Farad Ali

The program also includes a panel discussion featuring Jes Averhart and Farad Ali. Jes is an author and entrepreneur who is passionate about leadership development and women’s empowerment and was a co-founder of Black Wall Street Homecoming. Farad serves as the president and CEO of Asociar, which has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as the largest black-owned business in North Texas. He served as president of the National Institute of Minority Economic Development, and was responsible for facilitating the purchase of the Historic National Black Wall Street Building in Durham, N.C.
