Ticket Sales Intern

“My internship with the Miami Heat left me with a wide range of experiences beyond ticket sales. I had the chance to work in a team setting with seven other interns and collaborate on our ideas to create a final project to be presented to the Heat executive board at the end of the program. Throughout this process, I met and developed connections with various departments which allowed me to see how different parts of the organization come together. Overall, this experience helped me further my knowledge of the sport industry and gave me valuable skills and connections for the future.”

“My internship with the USTA provided me with an opportunity to learn about the national tennis industry, specifically from the perspectives of operations and facility management. During the summer, I was responsible for projects that culminated in adult tennis recreational events around the country. Among other tasks, this included organizing participation information and communication with upper-level USTA staff. The experience proved to me that my passion for the growth of recreational tennis among all age demographics is something that I want to lean on in the future.”
