Position Title: Graduate Apprentice for New Student Programs

Department: New Student Programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise all levels of orientation staff in partnership with the Assistant Director of New Student Programs;
• Assist in planning, implementing, and marketing fall & spring move-in and New Student Orientation programs (taking the lead on spring orientation);
• Coordinate all aspects of Transfer Student Orientation and the student staff experience for International Student Orientation;
• Coordinate all departmental assessment efforts at the direction of the Assistant Director;
• Oversee and coordinate the Phoenix Mentors program for first-year students ensuring effective program management and continuous improvement
