The GEC team is excited to work with you to plan your study away experience! We offer a number of different ways to access advising, and the best choice will depend on where you are in the process. Quick Questions / Drop-In Hours
Quick Questions Advising
Quick questions advising sessions are held in the Engagement Space of The Isabella Cannon Global Education Center on the 3rd floor of Global Commons. Sessions are held 2PM until 4 PM every day of classes. These conversations generally take between 5 – 15 minutes. Advisors may occasionally be out of the office; This information represents the planned regular weekly schedule.

Specialty Drop-In Hours
Nathalie Perez, Assistant Director of Career Services for Study USA programs and International Students (undergraduate and graduate students), will be hosting drop-in hours twice a week during Quick Questions sessions.

Choosing & Applying to a Program
When you are ready to choose a program, the GEC has several different resources to help you decide which program is right for you. These resources include advanced information sessions, drop-in hours, and individual advising appointments with the program advisor(s). Find a program’s advisor either through that program’s brochure page or by consulting the information above, and schedule an individual appointment using the links above.
After Application
If you have already applied to a program, you may want to visit the GEC during drop-in hours or make an appointment with your program’s advisor.
