1. Explore programs and choose your top options, considering the following:
    • Courses that support your graduation plan
    • Potential course conflicts for the fall prerequisite preparatory seminar
    • Activity level (posted to the program brochure)
    • Cost (program fee will be listed from this page, and details posted to the brochure page)
  2. Enroll in a fall preparatory seminar:
    • During your fall registration time in mid-April, sign up for the fall preparatory seminar (1 s.h.) that is the prerequisite for the Winter Term program you want to join.
    • If a course is full, you may join a waitlist. Enrollment on OnTrack updates in real time, with changes allowed until the drop/add deadline in August.
    • If the one semester hour (1 s.h.) puts you in course overload (i.e. more than 18 s.h.), you will need academic advisor approval before you can register. Complete the Advisor Overload Form linked on the Course Overload page EARLY to prevent delays.

Students may enroll in only one fall preparatory seminar or winter term course. If interested, they may join the waitlist for one additional course at a time. While OnTrack allows registration for multiple courses, students will need to adhere to enrollment limits. Those exceeding the limit will be withdrawn from any extra course(s) or waitlist(s) at the discretion of the GEC. Accordingly, students may be registered:

      • in one course, not on a waitlist
      • in one course + on the waitlist for one course
      • on the waitlist for one course
  3. Complete your registration.
In early May, the GEC will email instructions about how to complete your registration on MyElonGlobal. You must complete your registration within 10 days to avoid being withdrawn.
