Hours of Operation

The HOPE Clinic operates each Tuesday evening from 6 pm-8 pm at the Francis Center in Elon and each Thursday evening from 6 pm-8 pm at the CityGate Dream Center in Burlington, unless otherwise stated.

Referring Physicians: Not sure if your patient qualifies? If your patient is uninsured or underinsured, send a referral to the clinic fax number listed below, and our Office Managers will follow up regarding eligibility.
