Tuition for one year of the Elon DPT program (January 1 – December 31, 2025) is $48,714. The 2026 tuition cost has not yet been set. In addition to tuition, students must pay a $215 Health Service Fee. Extra costs not charged by the university will vary.

The primary source of financial assistance for physical therapy students attending Elon University is the Federal Stafford Student Loan Program. For students who need financial assistance beyond the $20,500 Stafford Loan maximum, there is the federal Graduate PLUS Loan program.
