Within each semester listed below are important deadlines for students to be aware of related to academic, housing, and emotional support animal (ESA) accommodations. Click on a semester to expand it for more information:
Current Students
Fall 2024
Academic Accommodations for Fall 2024 Before Semester Begins
- The deadline to request academic accommodations before the fall 2024 semester begins is Friday, August 2, 2024 @ 12:00 noon.
- Requests received after the above deadline will not be reviewed and processed until after the semester has begun.
Academic Accommodations for Fall 2024 Before Semester Ends
- The deadline to request academic accommodations before the fall 2024 semester ends is Friday, November 22, 2024 @ 9:00 A.M.
- Requests submitted after the above deadline will be reviewed following final exams.
Priority Registration for Winter & Spring 2025 Courses
- The deadline to request priority registration in time for course registration for winter/spring 2025 courses is Monday, October 21, 2024 @12:00 noon.
- Incomplete or late requests submitted after the above deadline will not be reviewed in time for course registration for winter/spring 2025 courses.
Priority registration is an academic accommodation related to course registration and/or the need for an accessible class schedule.

- We recommend submitting accommodation requests and documentation by Friday, August 1, 2025, to give our staff in Disabilities Resources adequate time to complete the review process by the first day of classes on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
