Growth Mindset and Building Community on Campus

In this workshop, we’ll discuss how to foster a growth mindset and identify how imposter syndrome can manifest itself within us. We’ll share strategies for building connections across campus as a way to find communities that align with our personal or academic goals.

Hit the Brakes: Prioritize & (Safely) Procrastinate 

In this workshop, you’ll learn about helpful vs. unhelpful procrastination, gain some useful tools for prioritizing and managing your tasks and assignments, and learn achievable strategies for effective studying.

Running on Empty: Managing Academic Stress 

This workshop will cover different types of academic stress, how they manifest, and offer strategies and resources that we can use to cope with overwhelming feelings of anxiety. We’ll also use this time create action plans to put our best selves into our academic work!

The Road Ahead: Planning for a Successful Spring Semester 

Learn to build good habits during winter term that can translate to spring–when your calendar will be filled up again!
