Neighborhood Leadership

Anna Kyles is the Community Director of Station at Mill Point. Her office is located in the Depot (Love Family Student Commons Building).

Marcia Dodson is the Program Assistant for Station at Mill Point. Her office is located in the Depot (Love Family Student Commons Building).

The Community Director works with other faculty and staff involved in Living and Learning at Elon to oversee the development of the social and intellectual life of the Station at Mill Point Neighborhood. They serve as the chair of the SAMP Neighborhood Association, which consists of students who reside in the neighborhood as well as faculty and staff who are engaged in various events and programs with the neighborhood. The neighborhood association works to serve the interests of the residents in the SAMP community while planning and implementing programming that fulfills the goals and outcomes of the SAMP Neighborhood Plan. The SAMP meets about once per month and offers leadership opportunities for students and an easy way for faculty and staff to become more engaged in the life of the neighborhood.
