Research/Creative Interests

My work is in theory-based computational social science. I engage in interdisciplinary research to construct agent-based simulations of social systems. Prior work includes models of genocide, community gardening, and homelessness in immigrant communities.

What types of collaborations are you open to?

I am open to collaborations with students and faculty from both computing and social sciences.

Student Qualifications:

  • Computer science students
  • Social science students who can collaborate with computer science students
  • I am very interested in mentoring students from historically marginalized populations
