I have been at Elon for 16 years and am a Senior Lecturer of Education in the Dr. Jo Watts Williams School of Education. During my tenure, I have engaged in educational programs, delving into research on the reading interests of adolescent readers. Recently, I became a board Certified Holistic Health Coach and shifted my focus to researching mindfulness and joy, while also contributing to the cultivation of sustainable habits that promote overall wellness.
