I am a plant ecologist with a wide-range of interests in plant communities. I also work on questions surrounding methods of using trees to sequester carbon.

I need students interested in data collection outside, generally in a forest.

Currently looking for a student to apply and work in these programs

Student Qualifications

  • A student who works with me will have curiosity about the natural world, will enjoy spending time outside, and will be self-motivated. Generally, students who work with me are Biology or Environmental Studies majors, but I have mentored students in other majors.
