Research/Creative Needs
Data collection and entry, review of scholarly publications, mentoring of student research in areas of law/ethics, building bibliographies and citation checking. Research can be done in affiliation with a major academic journal “The Journal of Legal Studies in Business,” so that students learn about scholarly publication process and/or seek to publish their work.
Mentoring Style
- Typically one-on-one
- One-on-one or in small groups, depending on the project
- I typically work with multiple students; some of them are on the same project
- I an in the Love School of Business, but also collaborate with students and faculty at Elon Law School

Student Qualifications
- I love to work with students from any major/school who have a particular interest in legal or ethical issues, or in furthering research on environmental sustainability or social justice related topics.
- Happy to: 1) plug students into my existing research topics; 2) plug students into research for the business law journal on which I serve as editor, or 3) mentor the student’s preferred research topic relating to law, ethics, sustainability, social justice.
