Graduate Apprentice Positions
Become a visionary professional prepared for leadership, ready to advance student learning and improve institutions of higher education. In a small cohort of twelve, learn and practice the principles for effective education and explore the functions, issues, and leadership of higher education. Graduates will leave the program prepared for leadership roles in colleges and universities.

Every MHE student who meets all requirements for final admittance to the program is hired as a paid graduate apprenticeship in a campus program or department.

- The Faculty/Staff Health and Wellness Clinic provides “holistic healthcare services and programs to support the mind, body, and spirit”. Including acute care appointments, discounted massages, access to an aromatherapy/massage chair room, exercise classes, and workplace ergonomics.
- Campus Recreation & Wellness facilities include the Koury Center, Harden Clubhouse, Driving Range, The Lodge Property, PARC and South Gym. Facilities can be accessed with a valid Phoenix Card during open hours of operation. Any individual with a current Phoenix Card is considered a Campus Recreation & Wellness member and has access to all facilities
- We offer a variety of group exercise classes each semester. Group exercise classes are free for students, faculty, and staff.
- The HealthEU initiative aims to empower every individual in our community to actively implement and integrate wellness values in their daily lives, with their peers and in their greater purpose by providing access to resources, educational tools and support through the six dimensions of well-being. This will help Elon become a national model for programs, research and dialogues promoting resilience, belonging and all aspects of lifelong personal wellness.
