Farm Table Dinners, offered a few times a semester, are held in various scenic spots on campus. Twelve interested students are randomly selected through social media. The popularity of the free multi-course meal, which begins with an amuse-bouche (a single-bite hors d’oeuvre) and ends with dessert, has tripled since the dinners first started in 2018. The chefs interact with the group while they plate the courses, and students ask questions and learn about organic, locally-sourced ingredients.
