Please take a few moments to fill out the questions below and return this form so that you are included in the special 50th anniversary memory book. The book will be distributed at Homecoming Weekend and sent to all classmates electronically. If you do not send a “then” photo, one of your old yearbook photos, if available, will be used. The committee is also asking classmates to send in photos from our time at Elon. If you happen to have a collection of photos from our time or various activities at Elon we would love for you to share them to be included in the weekend and/or the memory book.
