Elon University Civic Action Plan
The Council on Civic Engagement regularly discusses institution-wide goals to advance the university’s commitment to civic and political engagement. In 2016, the university presidents and chancellors at institutions across the country that are members of Campus Compact (including President Lambert) signed a commitment that each institution would develop and post a “Civic Action Plan” by March 2017.
Elon’s Campus Action Plan, as submitted to Campus Compact, can be downloaded below. The Council on Civic Engagement will continue to monitor progress on the plan and update action strategies as needed.
