Call for Programs

If you are interested in submitting a presentation proposal for the Black Solidarity Day 2024, please fill out the presentation proposal form. Submissions for all educational and roundtable session proposals are due by Friday, February 23rd, 2024.

We are looking for community members, faculty, staff, and informed students to serve as educational session presenters. If you are an undergraduate student from Elon or elsewhere, we ask that you have facilitated your educational session prior to being accepted because this is a professional conference that draws a wide variety of attendees, we want to ensure we are providing the best, high-quality sessions. We offer 55-minute educational sessions and 30-minute roundtable sessions.

 

Presenter Information

• The Black Solidarity Day Call for Proposals closes on Friday, February 16th, 2024.
• Accepted presenters will be notified no later than Monday, February 19th, 2024.
• If you plan to attend Black Solidarity Day and present, please confirm and register no later than Tuesday, February 20th, 2024.
• All educational sessions are 55 minutes in length.
• All roundtable sessions are 30 minutes in length.
