¡Celebremos!: Graduates Take Flight

¡Celebremos!: Graduates Take Flight is our annual stole ceremony dedicated to celebrating the efforts and successes of the graduating Latinx/Hispanic undergraduate and graduate students. In December, we honor graduate and professional students.

This year’s December 2024 ¡Celebremos!: Graduates Take Flight ceremony will take place Thursday, December 12th at 11AM in the Lakeside Meeting Rooms.

If you are a December 2024 Graduate, please fill out the form below – this form is for your information and paragraph for your “village”. During the stole ceremony, you will have the opportunity to thank your “village.” Your village can be anyone who has helped you along your journey through college: your parents, grandparents, friends, professors, mentors, etc. You will be asked to write a short letter thanking them (no more than 250 words). This letter will be read out loud during the ceremony.

December 2024 Latinx/Hispanic Graduate/Professional student graduates will fill out this form to participate in our annual Latinx stole ceremony.

  • You can write it in either spanish or english - we will translate to whichever language you did not write it in (we will have a program available with English/Spanish translations).
  • You can have up to 5 guests - please list guests by first and last name, and their relationship to you. If you have no guests, put n/a.
