The Office of Cultural & Special Programs will continue its tradition of offering audiences a rich and varied program of concerts, performances, lectures and special events during the 2024-25 academic year.

Online Ticketing: The Center for the Arts Box Office offers online ticketing. ElonTickets.com is the Elon Ticketing Account Manager. It is an Elon specific account through Ticketmaster for events occurring on the campus of Elon University. Note: Tickets to campus events are stored in your Elon ticketing account and will not show on a private Tickemaster account if used to attend events at other venues.

ACCESSING TICKETS

To access your mobile tickets via Elon Ticketing Account Manager, log into your account by visiting ElonTickets.com.

  • Click on your name in the top right corner, then select the ‘My Elon Tickets’.
  • From the list of the Elon events for which you have tickets, select ‘View Event Details’ and then select your seat name under ‘Tickets’.
  • The barcode associated with each ticket is displayed. This barcode is your mobile ticket for the event.
  • Before you arrive, download your tickets to your phone by tapping ‘Add to Wallet’ (iPhone) or ‘Save to Phone’ (Android) for each ticket.
  • You are all set! When you arrive at the venue, open your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android) app to present your digital ticket at the venue entrance.

TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS

To transfer your mobile tickets to someone else, log into your account by visiting ElonTickets.com in your web browser.

  • Click on the ‘My Events’ tab in your account and select your event.
  • You will see your digital ticket and seats in your account. Choose the ticket(s) thatyou want to transfer and press the ‘Transfer’ button.
  • To begin your ticket transfer, add the information of the desired recipient and press ‘Transfer’.
  • To complete your ticket transfer, the recipient will need to open an email from Ticketmaster and accept the transfer by logging into their own Elon Ticketing Account Manager.
  • Success! Your tickets have been transferred.

ACCEPTING TRANSFER TICKETS

When an individual transfers a ticket to you, you must accept the ticket into yourown Elon Ticketing Account Manager within 24 hours of the transfer.

  • You will receive an email from ElonTickets@elon.edu. Open the email on your smartphone, and tap the ‘Accept Tickets’ button.
  • Sign in to your Elon Ticketing AccountManager using your email and password, or create an account, to accept your tickets.
  • Once logged in, you will see the ticket(s) that have been transferred to you. Select your seat name under ‘Tickets’.
  • The barcode associated with each ticket is displayed. This barcode is your mobile ticket for the event.
  • Before you arrive, download your tickets to your phone by tapping ‘Add to Wallet’ (iPhone) or ‘Save to Phone’ (Android) for each ticket.

Walk Up and Phone Orders: The Center for the Arts Box Office will provide window service and accept phone orders to purchase tickets during normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours are subject to change on holidays and dates of major university events.
