Current Projects
Currently working on research relating to study abroad and re-entry. Continue to work on critcial thinking and first year students, especially in finding ways to push them beyond their comfort zone.
Service Activities
I have worked with three service trips in Zambia. The first one, in 2009, we collaborated with Habitat for Humanity to build houses for qualified Zambians. In 2011, we build houses for orphans outside of Ndola, in Zambia. In 2016, we again built houses with Habitat, while researching the community of Chipulukusu, outside of Ndola. I plan to return in 2018 to help with workshops for young adults in the community.
