Brief Biography
Susan L. Manring, Ph.D., is a Senior Faculty Fellow in Management. She teaches management & organizational behavior and sustainable development. She has co-led study abroad courses in New Zealand and the Yucatan. She has been awarded the LSB Dean's Service Award. Prior to joining Elon, she worked as an organizational development consultant for business, industrial, and health care companies.
Her most recent publication is "The Role of Management Education in Transdisciplinary Collaborations for Sustainable Social-Economic-Ecological Systems" in the Handbook on Sustainability in Management Education: In Search of a Multidisciplinary, Innovative and Integrated Approach through University Leadership, Scholarship and Partnerships.
