Brief Biography
I have a diverse background in formal and informal science education. You can find more information on my Professional Website that also has links to blogs and my vita.
I have a few on-going projects:
-
A long standing project focuses on uses of technology to support students' engagement, observations, and reporting during open-eneded, student directed science investigations. In particular I am interested in students' authorship and how this relates to their understandings of the nature of science.
-
I have been examining different particum experiences to support learning to teach elementary science.
