Brief Biography

Dr. Rosey Bao is an Associate Professor of Management (strategy) in the Love School of Business at Elon University. Her research interests include Corporate Governance, National Culture and Institutions, Dynamic Capabilities, Upper Echelons, International Entrepreneurship, and fFrm Behavior in Emerging Markets. Her research has appeared in British Journal of Management, Journal of World BusinessInternational Business Review, Journal of International Management, International Journal of Emerging Markets, Academy of Management Preceedings, Academy of International Business Preceedings, and Southern Management Association Preceedings. Dr. Bao has work experience in public accounting in the U.S. She has also worked on consulting projects with Cold Cure Inc. at the University of Virginia.
