Brief Biography
Sandra Reid is a native of Greensboro, N.C. Before coming to Elon University, Ms. Reid worked in the field of juvenile justice for more than 20 years. She worked on the local, regional and state levels. She is a former member of the North Carolina Governor's Crime Commission where she served as the Chair of the State Advisory Group and was a member of the North Carolina Disporportionate Minority Contact council. Ms. Reid is active in the Alamance County community volunteering with non profit organizations and she is a member of the Burlington Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
