Elon Day 101

Everyone, including you! All alumni, students, parents, grandparents, faculty, staff and friends are invited to join the excitement of Elon Day on Thursday, March 7, 2024, by making your gifts to the university.

When you make your Elon Day gifts, you’ll join thousands of fellow donors who also give back in honor of this annual day of giving. Together, your support helps create even more opportunities for Elon students to engage in hands-on learning, collaborate with faculty and staff mentors, and forge lifelong friendships. Your gift also helps unlock special Elon Day giving matches and challenges, increasing your personal impact!

The best way to make sure your gifts are counted in Elon Day totals is to give online on Thursday, March 7, 2024, using our secure giving form. If you would like to make a gift by phone, please call (336) 278-7500.

Your gifts can support any areas of campus that matter most to you. That includes scholarships, academic departments, student organizations, athletics programs…the list goes on!

Great question! If you or your spouse works for a company with a matching gift program, your donation on Elon Day could double or triple. Simply fill out a matching gift form from your HR office, include it with your gift, and we’ll handle the rest. Enter your employer’s name in the box on our matching gift site to find out if your company or organization participates in a matching gift program.
