Current laundry prices are $1.50 for a wash cycle and $1.25 for a 60 minute dry cycle. Additional time may be purchased at the rate of $0.25 for 15 minutes. Payment is only accepted with Phoenix Cash.

- Loy Center

*Danieley Center Flats, Station at Mill Point, and the Oaks are maintained by Facilities Management and are not supported through this office.
Request Service or Report Issues
Service requests for residential laundry machines and rooms can be made using the following methods:
- Download the CSC ServiceWorks app (iOS and Android). Users will need to enter the unique ID number on the machine’s license plate via manual entry or by scanning the barcode below the ID.
- Visit the CSC ServiceWorks website and submit your request.
- Call 1(877) 264-6622
Please note that only service to CSC machines can be reported through these methods. University maintained machines and laundry rooms need to be reported through FixIt.
