Billing and Payments
View Your Bill through e-Bill
Charges are posted in e-Bill as they are added to your student account. For the fall term, charges for tuition, fees, housing, and dining typically begin appearing in mid to late June. For the spring term, these charges post on or shortly after December 1st.
Payments must be received by the due date to avoid potential registration holds on your account.
Both students and authorized users receive monthly notifications about account activity. However, authorized users will only get these notifications if the student has added them in e-Bill. Email confirmations are sent to both students and authorized users when payments are made online. Please note: Elon University does not send paper bills to students or to home addresses.
Within e-Bill, users can view current term charges, a history of prior charges, and download a PDF of their term charges. The Account Summary page also displays any anticipated credits, such as loans, outside scholarships, or other payments.
Payment Options
There are multiple payment options available. We recommend making your payment online through e-Bill. If you use a checking or savings account from a U.S. bank, there’s no fee—simply enter your account and routing numbers. Please note that banking regulations do not allow payments from money market accounts, brokerage accounts, 529 college savings plans, or home equity lines of credit via e-Bill. If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, a 2.85% service fee applies. e-Bill also provides a simple and secure way to make payments from outside the U.S.
