Each month we have several confidential, individual development coaching sessions available for Elon staff and faculty. Whether you are stuck in a career rut, or are simply hoping to talk through an idea or concern with someone who is a certified coach, we encourage you to take advantage of this transformational service.

Sign Up for a Session

A knowledgeable expert facilitator will be on campus, by appointment, to offer confidential individual sessions on professional and development goal-planning. These sessions fill up quickly. Please contact Ann Flaherty at aflaherty2@elon.edu or (336) 278-6123 if you are interested. She will schedule an appointment with an external certified coach who is very familiar with Elon. Each staff and faculty member is eligible for 1 to 3 coaching sessions, and the Office of Leadership and Professional Development covers the cost.
