Your Phoenix Cash account is re-loadable at any time throughout the year. Funds on the Phoenix Cash account do not expire and will remain on the account until the cardholder leaves or withdraws from the University.

Phoenix Cash can be used the following locations:

  • Participating off-campus locations
  • Vending machines
  • Laundry centers
  • Copy machines
  • Barnes & Noble at Elon
  • Campus Recreation
  • Campus Safety & Police
  • Belk Library
  • Health Services
  • Mail Services
  • Print Services
  • Bursar’s Office

Food Dollars can only be used at on-campus locations. When using Food Dollars, a 15% discount will be applied at the time of sale. This account is re-loadable at any time throughout the year. Funds on the Food Dollars account do not expire and will remain on the account until the cardholder leaves or withdraws from the University.

Meal Plan and Meal Dollars can only be used at on-campus dining locations. The balance on Meal Dollars will expire by the end of spring semester.
