Vendor Insurance Coverage
Vendors must maintain the insurance coverage listed below during the term of any agreement with the University:
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance with Employer’s Liability Insurance of not less than $500,000 per employee.
- Comprehensive General Liability Insurance (including Contractual Liability, Independent Contractor’s Liability, Products and/or Completed Operations Liability and Personal Injury/Property Damage Coverage) with a per occurrence limit of not less than $1,000,000 and an aggregate of not less than $2,000,000.
- Business auto insurance with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000.
- Umbrella Liability Insurance with an occurrence and an aggregate limit of not less than $1,000,000.
