Campus Technology Support helps the Elon community with IT needs through the Technology Service Desk for day-to-day tech support, Support Operations for managing campus devices like computers and printers, and Service Design for improving how IT services are delivered and making helpful resources easy to find.

Design & Integration collaborates with faculty, staff, and campus partners to research, design, and implement technology solutions, supporting technology-enabled spaces with services that include classroom technology assessments, system recommendations, and the integration of customized systems for academic and event spaces.

Enterprise Solutions

Enterprise Solutions is responsible for supporting Elon’s business enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and other mission-critical systems. This department also develops custom forms and other applications for the University community.
