Service

Our Clinic offers laboratory testing for Elon Faculty & Staff and eligible family members (see Eligibility and Payment below). All lab tests must be ordered by a medical provider. You must fax the order to the clinic prior to your appointment being scheduled.  Fax Number  is 888-977-1363.

The ordering physician will receive the lab test results through Cone Health’s electronic system EPIC. If your physician is not on EPIC upon your request we can fax the results to him. The test results will be sent to you through My Chart once the ordering physician releases them.
