WHAT? Oversized glider rocking chair. WHY? It offers a gentle, rhythmic motion to promote self-soothing and stress relief.

WHAT? Vibrant colored floor cushions. WHY? To provide an alternative for those who prefer floor seating to practice meditation or to engage with the sand tray.

WHAT? Sand tray. WHY? To promote a calming sensory experience and to boost creativity.

WHAT? Sound machine. WHY? To promote relaxation and reduce stress while blocking out surrounding noise to create a peaceful environment conductive to better rest.

WHAT? Light therapy lamps. WHY? The lamps mimic natural sunlight to provide a boost of energy and improve mood.

WHAT? Coloring books and colorful markers. WHY? To encourage the expression of creativity through mindfulness coloring, which can reduce anxiety and stress.

WHAT? Aromatherapy. WHY? The use of essential oils can offer a range of benefits from promoting relaxation to increasing happiness, concentration, and focus.

WHAT? Virtual Reality (VR) Guided Meditation. WHY? For an immersive created by a sense of presence in a virtual environment with sensory stimuli to enhance relaxation and focused attention.
