Navigating Behavior Change

If you have ever tried to adopt new behaviors to improve your health, only to find yourself reverting to your original habits, you are not alone. Making and sustaining a healthy behavior change is hard! In this session, you will be guided through self-discovery activities to help you reflect on where you are now and to envision yourself in the future. You will then work on that vision – the YOU you want to become! You will consider strategies to get there and construct goals, while also planning for navigating around, over or through common pitfalls. The road to your vision will likely not be straight, but with a map and a toolkit to navigate the roadblocks, you can find your way and enjoy the journey as well.
