Sussman explores First Amendment rights in cyberspace. He writes: ”If ever a buzzword buzzed too much for traditionbound law enforcement, it’s cybercop… Agents snickered when senior instructor Kevin Manson first used the world a couple years ago at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center near Brunswick, Ga.
