Name: Gabriel J Pollack

From: Florida

Bio: Born in 1977, Saw the public Internet Revolution

Area of Expertise: Author/Editor/Journalist

Topic: Controversial Issues

Headline: The Network of Babel

Nutshell: Looking toward the day the computers died.

Vision:

All of a sudden, the computers, which have enabled all mankind to communicate in one universal language (and thus which the next generation will have become totally dependent on), will all stop understanding one another, largely because this generation was ignorant enough to let Microsoft dominate the industry long enough to steal and re-invent every language. They will also program the OS that causes the final "Babel Crash."
