Nutshell: One communication device capable of doing everything done by several devices today and used by everyone.
Vision:As we see technology meld into each type of device we use today – we will be able to use our home phone in the car – nanotechnology will play a large part is this ability. Our communication devices will allow everyone the ability to find and use technology and connect the world, rich or poor, good or bad.
We will find more and more government intervention and be alerted to all events instantanously – millions of people will be involved in one message and democracy will be ever evolving to engulf the planet – due to the advances in the labs today (2004) and the abilities of other countries’ input.
We will truly become a global community – distance will no longer matter. But face-to-face communication will be sought out from time to time to bring the "human side" to each opportunity.
